Installation Pricing
- There is a non-refundable $95 setup fee to
have H-Sphere
installed on any number of boxes by our installation team.
- Alternatively, you can install H-Sphere yourself for free following
H-Sphere installation manual.
Licenses Pricing
H-Sphere is licensed at US $4.50 per
account
ONE TIME FEE and can be purchased in packs of 25 accounts.
When ordering H-Sphere licenses, indicate the number of licenses you need.

Support Pricing
Prices for H-Sphere support depend on
support plan you choose.
Upgrade Pricing
Upon their releases, upgrades are made
publicly available
for free download to all owners of H-Sphere for one year since the date of purchase.
After that there is 20% of the total licensing fee per year for another year of upgrades & support.
If you wish, you can
request H-Sphere upgrade
from our support team at $25 per hour.
If you are subsribed for the priority support plan,
our support team performs version upgrades for free on request.

Ordering
To order:
- Installation: see
H-Sphere Installation Request Procedure.
- Licenses (new or upgrade):
- Get registered at
https://www.psoft.net/my-hsphere/ and log into your account.
- Click the Upgrade license menu and in
the License amount you want to buy field
enter the amount of licenses you want to buy in addition to those you already have.
- Upgrade:
- Get registered at
https://www.psoft.net/my-hsphere/ and log into your account.
- Click the Request H-Sphere Upgrade link on the left.
- Fill in the request form you'll be taken to.
- Priority support: send a request choosing the Pre-sales Question
option and stating the number of your H-Sphere servers.
You will be e-mailed an invoice with payment instructions.
