We don't support customers by phone or instant messengers.
Before contacting us for any support issue, register at our
E-mails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org from addresses
other than registered in your support account are filtered off and won't be addressed.
The registration is free and doesn't take long:
- Go to the Support Center at https://support.comodo.com/?group=psoft
and choose Register option.
- Fill in the form you will be taken to. In the Email field
enter the e-mail address you'll use to send support requests.
- Verify registration by entering the text you see in the image at the right into the textbox.
- Click Register to confirm registration, and your account will be activated.
